This fruit is typically enjoyed for the winter solstice in Japan, but the refreshing citrus flavor will brighten up any day. This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold. Brewing instructions: Add 2g of tea to 50 mL of water heated to 80C. Ensure tea is brewed at this low temperature to prevent burning the tea leaves and creating a more bitter
